We are looking for an employee that can work with large data sets, has excellent Excel skills and can work in a team environment. As an Axiom employee, you will gain knowledge of our Tax, Audit and State and Local Tax practices while working with many different clients. The responsibilities included in this position include participating as a member in the State and Local Tax team by preparing research
memorandums, preparing and defending New Mexico credit filings and refund claims, working with large Excel databases, and various other accounting tasks as directed by Management.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at an accredited college or university is required; accounting or law degree preferred
• At least 2 years of related field experience preferred
• Desire to be a team member of a fast-paced, growth oriented, and full-service public
  accounting and business advisory firm
• Demonstrates the following attributes:
  • Integrity, team player, aptitude to lead, eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, organizational skills, executive presence, strong verbal and written communication skills, and outstanding analytic ability
• Ability to travel to client locations, which may include occasional overnight stays
• Ability to work overtime as needed
